STEP 1: INSERTION

Before using the AllMatters Cup for the first time, disinfect it for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.

WASH
Before inserting the cup, wash your hands with clean water and mild soap.

FOLD
Fold the cup. In the product photo, we show you examples: wedge-shaped and C-shaped folds. Choose the one that works best for you. When inserting it, keep the cup folded until it's inside your vagina. You may need to practice this step several times.

RELAX
It is important to relax when inserting the cup, so
looking for a position in which you are comfortable.
You can lie on your back in bed, squat, sit on the toilet, or simply stand. With the step
over time you will find the best position for you.

INSERT
Once the cup is in, remove your fingers to unfold it. You may sometimes hear a "click" or a sucking sound.<plop> &gt;, which means the cup has fully unfolded. If you're unsure, try touching the base of the cup—it should be round or oval when inserted.

ROTATE

STEM

STEP 3: WITHDRAWAL

Relaxing your muscles is essential to removing the cup easily. Find a position that's comfortable for you: lying down, squatting, sitting on the toilet, or standing.

WITHDRAW
To remove the cup, gently pull the stem until you can touch the base of the cup. Gently press the base to break the suction effect and remove it.

EMPTY AND RINSE
Empty the collected flow into the toilet or sink,
Rinse the cup with water (don't forget the vents) and reinsert it. If you don't have access to water, you can use a disinfectant wipe or toilet paper to clean the cup and then rinse it with water when you can.

REINSERT OR STORE
When the menstrual cup is clean, put it back on.
Insert it as directed in Step 1. If the cycle has finished, boil the cup for 3-5 minutes in water to disinfect it and store it in the cotton bag.</plop>
