Shipping

We ship throughout Mexico via Redpack, Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, and 99 Minutos. Regular shipping costs $99 Mexican pesos, standard shipping costs $149 Mexican pesos, and express shipping costs $179 Mexican pesos. Regular shipping takes 6 to 10 business days, standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, and express shipping takes 1 to 5 business days to reach its final destination after being handed over to the carrier.

The average delivery time of an order by Tónico y Fresco SA de CV (Skin and Tonic) to the courier in question, counted from the day after the purchase was made, takes 1 to 3 business days from the moment in which the delivery days by said courier company will begin to run, at the responsibility of the latter and its availability, depending on the type of shipment selected.

On special dates such as Hot Sale, Buen Fin, Christmas, Discount Season and/or brand launches, the delivery time of an order by Skin and Tonic to the courier company may be extended up to 4 (four) business days. You can check the progress of your package with your tracking number, which we provide you in the shipping confirmation email, at any time on the RedPack website at www.redpack.com.mx or by phone at 55-3682-4040, for Estafeta at www.estafeta.com/ or by phone at 55 52708300 or 800 (3782338), and for FedEx at www.fedex.com/fedextrack/ or by phone at 55-5228-9904.

In case your address is marked as an "extended area" or "difficult to access" by the courier, you can choose the office closest to your home to pick up your package by presenting an official identification, to see the available offices visit the Redpack website: www.redpack.com.mx/es/buscador-de-cp/ or on the page: www.redpack.com.mx/es/sucursales/ and in the case of Estafeta, some postal codes are subject to delivery by frequency, you can see it in the link below: www.estafeta.com/Herramientas/Frecuencias-de-entrega

Communication:

The Redpack delivery person may call you at the number you provided in your purchase order to facilitate delivery. Someone must be present at your address to receive the order. If the order is not received, a second delivery attempt may be made. If no one is found at the specified address, the customer must call the courier to track their package: 55-3682-4040 for Redpack, 55 52708300 or 800 (3782338) for Estafeta, and 55-5228-9904 for FedEx .

All our shipments come sealed and protected in a cardboard box bearing the Skin and Tonic logo. Skin and Tonic stands behind all shipments and ensures they reach their destination. We also offer support through Redpack, Estafeta, and FedEx.

Incidents

If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our offices and can be sent again as long as the customer pays for the shipping fee again.

If the package is lost by the courier, a report will be filed with the courier and a solution will be provided accordingly.

If the package arrived in poor condition and the products are broken, you will need to send an email to: hola@skinandtonic.mx or contact us via WhatsApp at +52 999 451 6282 with attached photos and videos as evidence for follow-up.

If you need to receive your package faster than the above, you can email us at hola@skinandtonic.mx for express shipping rates.

If the card is detected as fraudulent or potentially at risk, the merchant reserves the right to request official identification from the customer to verify their identity and complete the order. Otherwise, the customer will be refunded.
