Yes, absolutely! We work with two shipping companies: Redpck and Estafeta, and you can track your order from the moment it leaves our offices until it reaches you.

Once payment has been made and confirmed, you will receive a tracking number within the next few hours (on business days). You can use this number to track your order in-store or on the RedPack or Estafeta website.

RedPack makes a maximum of three delivery attempts. If all of them fail, due to internal policies, the package will be returned to our offices, and you will have to pay for a new shipment.

We recommend keeping an eye on your package. Delivery times are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
