How to use

For the menstrual cup:
Wash your hands and then wash the menstrual cup with a small amount of soap and water. Wash it and let it dry before inserting it and after removing it.

For the body:
Pour a small amount of soap into your hand, apply to the external parts of your vagina or penis, and rinse.
You can also use it as a facial and body soap in general.
