What is dry brushing?

It's an exfoliation technique that helps achieve smooth, radiant skin in minutes. It removes dead skin cells and cleanses pores, leaving skin softer. The massage promotes circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system.

How do I care for my body brush?

After each session, don't forget to rinse it in the sink.

Once a week, wash it with soap and water and leave it somewhere where it can dry thoroughly. A clean brush will make your skin happy.

How is it done?

1. Strip down or strip down to your underwear.

2. Start with the soles of your feet and legs, brushing in firm, vertical motions from bottom to top. Let the brush do its work and don't press too hard, as the bristles could scratch your skin.

3. Use circular motions on your stomach and armpits, rather than short, firm strokes.

4. When you get to the arms, start with the hands, moving upwards.

5. Do not brush over areas with wounds, irritations or sunburns.

We recommend performing this ritual several times a week for best results.

Body care after dry brushing

Use your body brush as directed daily or every other day, spending some time on areas you don't normally pay attention to.
