Payment methods

1. We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. Through PayPal with your credit or debit card, American Express, MasterCard, or Visa, linked to your account. A registered account is not required. With a debit or reloadable card: BBVA, Banamex, Santander, Banorte / IXE.

3. Cash via bank transfer or deposit. When you select this payment method, you'll receive information so you can transfer or deposit funds to your BBVA, Citibanamex, or Santander bank accounts.

4. Conekta - To pay in cash with a ticket, you will be sent instructions on how to pay at: Oxxo, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Soriana, Extra, Calimax, Santander, Citibanamex, Chedraui, Telecomm, BBVA, Farmacias del Ahorro, or Casa Ley.

Your payment will be updated in our system without you needing to share your receipt or proof of payment with us. However, we recommend keeping a photo of your receipt until your payment is processed.

5. Aplazo: This is an online shopping financing platform that allows you to split your payment into five biweekly installments. Your credit is approved immediately before you make the purchase, and best of all, you don't need a credit card. You can receive your purchase immediately without having to pay all at once. Payments can be made automatically by charging your debit or credit card. You can also make a deposit at Oxxo or transfer via SPEI, whichever is most convenient for you.

6. By Kueski Pay :

Buy now, pay in installments.
Choose Kueski Pay to purchase your products without a credit card. You choose the most convenient term for you with a personalized interest rate.

Important: Once the purchase order has been generated and payment confirmed, no changes to any type of product, refund requests, or address changes can be made. Therefore, please be sure to review your products, order, and shipping address before confirming your purchase.

If the card is detected as fraudulent or potentially at risk, the merchant reserves the right to request official identification from the customer to verify their identity and complete the order. Otherwise, the customer will be refunded.
