Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 5 days. If it's been more than 5 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Several types of products are exempt from return. These include intimate or sanitary products, deodorants, lip balms, clays, mud, Epsom salts, and essential oils.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we need your order number beginning with the 5-digit “#” symbol.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or broken packaging, or for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before you see a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the warehouse. If it is damaged by the package, photos must be sent to the following email address: hello@skinandtonic.mx to file a report with the shipping company and follow up via the same means. If you need to exchange it for another item, please email us at hola@skinandtonic.mx and send your well-packaged item to: Calle 15 no. 375A, Col. Villas del Sol, Mérida, YUC, 97118, Mexico. Shipping is at your expense.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipment
To return your product, you must contact us at (999) 451 6282 to track it and provide you with the shipping address.
You are responsible for returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $500 Mexican pesos, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
