Put your rolling pin in the fridge or freezer.

With your skin clean and makeup-free, apply the facial serum of your choice. This will allow the roller to glide smoothly and help the product absorb better into your skin.

Use the large roller on your face, rolling upwards and from the center outwards.
Use the small roller for the eye and lip area in the same way, from the inside out and upwards.

On the neck, massages are performed from top to bottom, from the chin toward the collarbone, where the lymphatic drainage points in this area are located.

The massage is performed gently to achieve drainage.

It is important to do at least 3 passes of each area slowly and consciously.


To use Gua Sha:

After using the roller.
1. Begin using the Gua Sha 3 to 5 times on each area, moving upward and from the inside out, at a 15 to 45 degree angle to the skin.

2. Massage the neck with upward movements. Continue to the center of the face, moving from the sides of the nose toward the cheeks. Massage the chin area in the same way, moving to the sides, and finishing with the forehead area moving upward.

Massage with light to moderate pressure and control it to avoid damaging the skin.
