Nanoblur, the Euphoria makeup artist's favorite product
Since its first season, the HBO Max series, Euphoria, has grown in popularity super fast. The explosive plot definitely hooked us all, but one thing stood out and simply mesmerized us: the makeup.
Without a doubt, the word perfection applies to each of the cast members in the series. In every episode, each makeup look surpasses the other, so it's no surprise that we went out to do our research and find the series' makeup artist. We wanted to know every detail about the products she used on each of the actors.
We were especially surprised by their skin, OMG their skin! We know the actors are "our age" and young (cough cough... laugh like crazy), but their skin looks like nothing we've ever seen on TV. We knew it wasn't powder because it looked natural, very realistic skin to appear on screen, so we went to the TikTok of Euphoria's makeup artist, Donniella Davy (@Donni.Davy), and discovered the star product: Indeed Labs Nanoblur . A silicone primer that controls oil and provides a smooth, blurred base. Davy has commented that the product works wonders to blur expression lines and that it can be used both over and under makeup.
In seconds it went viral on TikTok and countless makeup artists and influencers took it upon themselves to test it on their personal accounts, all of which we've seen come to the conclusion that it's like a magic filter!
